All orders from Her Royal Madness are carefully packed and prepared by hand. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
During large launches, holidays, viral traffic spikes, or high-order-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We promise the chaos is worth the wait.
Custom, made-to-order, personalized, mystery, or curated items may require additional processing time depending on complexity.

## Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays are unfortunately outside of our control.
We are not responsible for:
- Postal delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Weather-related delays
- Carrier mishandling
If your package appears lost, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
