The Court Charter is a printable kit for founding your own house. Name it, build its crest from cut-out heraldic parts, write a motto worth carving into stone, set three laws andone forbidden thing — then hold the founding, sign the charter, and appoint your court.

That last part is the point. A house nobody else is in is just a mood board.
